Gift Card Terms

ImmotionVR Gift Vouchers are issued and managed by ImmotionVR UK, part of Immotion Group Limited, and can be redeemed only against Virtual Reality (VR) experiences in the United Kingdom from an ImmotionVR
store and online at immotionvr.co.uk. Pre Booking isn’t mandatory however is strongly recommended where possible, we recommend at least checking how busy we are on the day if you are not booking.

VR experience time passes can be purchased and booked online at: https://immotionvr.com/wp

On arrival choose from all experiences available at your chosen location and use your time freely between them during your session.

Model type and quantity of VR Simulator Machines available – and thus VR Experiences – in each ImmotionVR store varies subject to store size and location. Check online for full details and availability at:
https://immotionvr.com/wp/vr-simulators/. Keep the original Purchase Receipt for the Gift Voucher safe. A valid Purchase Receipt may be requested with the corresponding Gift Voucher at the point of redemption. Gift Vouchers
cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used against non-experience products such as but not limited to: souvenir gifts, food or drink. Gift Vouchers will expire 12 months from the original date of purchase – marked on the
Gift Voucher Purchase Receipt. Gift Vouchers presented after their expiry date will be treated as void and are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Please treat Gift Vouchers as cash in terms of security. Gift vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged. Gift Vouchers can be redeemed against virtual reality experiences in the United Kingdom from an ImmotionVR store
and online at: https://immotionvr.com/wp. Neither the issuer nor ImmotionVR is responsible for any lost or stolen gift cards or use without your permission. Keep them safe; they’re valuable and can be redeemed by whoever finds them.
Gift Vouchers cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights.

ImmotionVR reserves the right to refuse to accept a Gift Voucher which it deems to have been tampered with, duplicated, damaged or which otherwise is suspected to be affected from fraud. ImmotionVR and Immotion Group Limited reserves the right to change any of these Terms and Conditions from time to time without notice and to take appropriate action including cancellation of the Gift Voucher if, at its discretion, it deems such action necessary.
