  • Social media likes and follows are tracked and held by the platforms e.g. Facebook. (These platforms will be GDPR compliant independently.)
  • Worldpay online payment information for transaction, refund and accounting purposes.
  • Booking information via our secure Checkfront website portal. This is saves name and email for the purpose of contact and confirmation of identity on arrival.
  • Marketing opportunities are optional and will always require your given consent.
  • We use Mailchimp to hold and manage our database for marketing and it is in line with GDPR compliance.
  • Data retention period: We will continue to process your information under this basis until you withdraw consent or it is determined your consent no longer exists.
  • Sharing your information: We do not share your information with third parties.

Worldpay and Checkfront are independent holders of sensitive information, we promise not to share or export any information held by Checkfront or use it for anything other than direct interactions with you the customer.
